    gold vanised from my account 4 or 5 days ago,,im in insider program,,xbox support say they cant help me cuz my account or gold says inactive

    Are you part of the Xbox insider program? If yes, there has been an issue with headsets. If no, which headset are you using?
    I am waiting for the next update hoping the issue will vanish itself like another issue of cod14. It just appeared and vanished after several updates.
