    Xbox gold subscription not working


    I bought a Xbox one to replace my 360. I had a current subscription of gold but didn't know if it would continue with the Xbox one, so I subscribed again which I have a receipt for from Microsoft but doesn't show on my account. Recently my previous subscription
    finished but the new one appears to of never been working and I am without Xbox gold, obviously I don't want to pay again when I should have about 9months left. Any body know what's happened and how to continue with the subscription I have paid for?

    Gold subscription not working?

    I can't actually play them, though--I can download games I got through GwG fine, but trying to play them results in an error message saying "Make sure your subscription is active." Further, I can't download newer games, like this month's Project Cars for
    example. My subscription is active, though; I can still play online games like Overwatch.

    Do you still have an Xbox live gold subscription?

    To continue to have the license to play the Xbox One games It is required to keep a gold subscription active on the account. And NO sharing a gold subscription with another profile does not work.

    The 360 games are not affected by the gold subscription requirement.

    Once you renew the gold subscription you will gain access back to the licenses for the Xbox One Games with Gold.

    Is you gold subscription still active? Xbox One games with gold only work with an active subscription.

    Games with gold for the xbox one only work will you have xbox gold, so if you got this as one of the games for gold, it will only work will you have a subscription

    I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.
