Xbox Gold Subscription ended, error on payment method because card does not exist.

I no longer have the credit card on file that I paid for my gold subscription with. In fact, I have no credit cards. I bought a 1 year code today at a store and I cannot enter the code in because of having a "past due amount" but I cant pay the past due
amount because I dont have a card but I have a 1 year code I cant use. What am I supposed to do!?

Access. Tried several times
to renew your subscription using
your Bank card. The console
gave a message: #please select another
payment method or contact your Bank#,
I decided to look for information
on the microsoft page, and realized that, perhaps,
the payment was not accepted
because of overdue payment
for Gold status. Now trying to pay
status and renew - but nothing happens.
In name card,
in the section payment and
invoicing automation panels -
methods of payment, the status
is REJECTED. How to return the card, because the money
on the card. Using another card
to pay for nothing, have tried everything.
Help solve the problem.

 

Can't redeem code

My Xbox Live subscription is ended, my payment method was visa but the card doesn't exist anymore (it was renewed automatically). Now when I want to pay the debt that is open on my account I get an error message something went wrong when I redeem my code.
What actions do I have to take to make sure my subscription will be active again?
