Xbox Gold Subscription Confirmation FAILURE

Paid for Automatic Renewal for the past 7 years... There I received my email saying "We're sending you this message to confirm that you have successfully renewed your Gold – 12 Month subscription on Saturday, July 01, 2017. Please
retain a copy of this message for your records."

Yet, I have zero service available . I have spent 3 hours on the phone with xbox "support" , tested my connections with zero negatives. removed my account. restarted my console and then nothing... still online service unavailable.

Gold Subscription Failure

After getting the email saying "We're sending you this message to confirm that you have successfully renewed your Gold – 3 Month subscription on Saturday, June 10, 2017. ", my service has not been working. When signing into the console it shows only offline
options and says to upgrade to Gold. I originally thought that maybe my renewal had failed so I went to purchase another subscription, but that service was apparently down also and kept saying that something went wrong. Please help fix this problem quickly.

Please add these days to my renewal contract paid automatically for next year, I sure do want to be credited every minute of my time wasted.

 

I don't even want to answer any more questions, yes my payment method is the same, yes it was automatic renewal, yes I'm a computer scientist... yes my competence is highly regarded. Can I get my service activated already ?
