    Hi. I'm on pay monthly for Xbox Gold and ive paid this month's subscription but my Xbox is showing that i haven't. Howdo I make it register that I've paid?

    Hello,

    The Microsoft balance can only be used to purchase games and other stuff. It is not designed for subrcription purchases. Xbox Live Gold is always set to auto-renew, thus requiring a credit card to associate with it.

    Subscription not going thru!

    Hi!

    So i renewed my subscription the 9/20 at the webpage, it didn't go through to the console for some reason... Apparently they had some issues with xbox live or something.

    I haven't tried to play online until today and i still got the same **** problem! And when i check the xbox live homepage, they still have the same exact issue! In the setting/subrcriptions it tells me that my membership expired 8/8/17 even tho i renewed

    I`ve noticed that it sometimes takes upto 24 hours for new subscriptions to register.

    Keep a check on it and contact support if the problem continues.

    i have same problem,i paid on 22.02.2017 and i was allowed to play online games etc but today i cant,tells me "current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live". i dont understand, i was able to play on 22-24 but today on 25.02.2017 its says this to me.any
    one knows what to do?

    I am with you, I searched it yesterday and didn^t find it at the 360.

    so well with xbox.com I know now which game. (promoted)

    But purchasing the Game on xbox.com is not possible,

    it Forces me again to enter a Payment method,,,

    It is for free!! and by the way I got "Money (XB-live) Points.. so it should work.

    This happens every 3-6 months that we will be forced again to do this...

    I remember the same as I wanted SPartan Assault, or SuperTime Force, and once more where it was not possible to purchase it without Payment (CreditCards) via xbox.com

    I will try at 360 today, but this is embarrassing and not so "User friendly"

    espacially because of the Promotion for non Gold Members...

    I mention if I would be a total newbie to XBOX Live I would never find it! because it was on Home-Screen. and you would have my subrcription and I just stay at same Point like before..

    Needs improvement and durability!

    you fix it and a half year later exact the same...

    and for me it Looks like this should be a standart which you don^t should need to Change, at least not 3 times in a Year,,,

    oh I remember same at MAX:Course of Brotherhood...

    You make the account with gold the other person home with the Xbox with no gold on it

    Account with gold add it to xbox without a gold account make gold account home on that xbox pretty much it they get games and gold on both accounts afterwards
