    I recently made a purchase for a 3month subscription. I attempted to redeem the code several times and it continuously said the code was invalid. So I attempted to purchase a 12 month subscription and it still said no gold. I checked with my bank and both
    purchases were processed.

    It's still attempting to charge me xbox gold if I try to play. I now have approx. $90 in charges and gold will not work.

    I'm not sure what to do at this point besides report this as fraudulent to my bank. All purchases made directly from Microsoft.

    DVR feature only for Gold members

    This is Microsoft, I am not surprised. Gold doesn't really offer much, really, just the online multiplayer, but Microsoft is fixing that... by blocking features (such as Netflix, which is ridiculous because you would need a Gold sub and a Netflix sub) to Silver users and making them only useable by Gold members.

    Lost my Gold subscription????

    You have a gold sub according to your gamercard.You can't use trials on an xbox live profile that already has a gold sub.

    http://account.microsoft.com/services
    to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile ​

    Be sure to check the transactions on that same website to see if it shows any errors at the purchase transactions.

    If the codes are purchased from a different store then be sure to contact them if you can't redeem the codes
