    Hi , i bought xbox live gold for 12 months on October 1st 2020 , i decided to give the game pass a go for the 1pound starter month , didnt realise it didnt include origin games on pc so i cancelled it , i have not downloaded a single game , i have been
    refunded a £1 back and lost my xbox live membership which i have just paid for , this cant be right surely , i would like my live reinstated as that is mine which i paid for.

    Does game pass ultimate cancel my 12 month gold subscription?

    Game pass ultimate includes both game pass and gold. So, if you subscribe to ultimate your gold sub will be converted to ultimate. Once the subscription is over, you'll have to decide if you want to resubscribe to ultimate or to gold and game pass separately.

    Unless it is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate then No, Your Game Pass sub should run separately to your Gold Subscription

    I can't put my finger on the conversion rate data, at the moment, but it's approximately 3:1 Gold to Xbox Ultimate, if I recall correctly.
