Xbox Gold renewal offer not working

On August 1st an offer came up on my home page where it normally shows Games with Gold. It says "You'll want to see this deal" then below that on the same block it says "Don't let your Gold expire". Click the link it opens to a full page offer that says
Your Gold is Expiring (Gold expires August 24th) take advantage of this deal while you can. 33% off when you renew now. $39.99 for 1 year. Don't lose access to your exclusive Gold benefits (lists benefits) then there is a Gold button that says "Renew Gold
now"

When you click the button it takes you to the store where there is NO offer, and Gold is regular price.

This is on both mine, and my son's, SuppleOrange3 (who also expires the same day as myself). Neither one works. A chat agent had me take photos of the offer, which were uploaded to my MS account because he said the
offer had expired July 30th. However the offer did not even appear on our Xbox's till August 1st, and still remains there as of this moment.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Gold Membership Codes

I haven't seen any of those coupon offers that you mentioned, however I do see coupons advertised on the Xbox Live dashboard all the time for a certain percentage off when you renew your membership. I think the best offer I've seen yet is for half off, if you renewed your membership that day.

I was told by MS chat there would be a speedy reply and help with my issue. It's already the 17th and my Gold expires the 24th. Its really sad how customers who pay hard earned money can't even get help when offers/games or products don't work as advertised,
its a good way to push players over to Playstation!
