    Why is it that when i ask for a refund for xbox gold that was made thr same day that it purchase went through that im not eligible for a refund? I had contacted microsoft about this issue and the customer service took me through the whole process after
    i explained everything to him and also for a SECOND time my account was set to auto pay which i had taken off months prior but yet my account was charged anyway but still not eligible for a refund and that i need to tighten my security and make sure that i
    only use my acvount and not let anyone else use mine....i live alone and barely leave my house and the only company i ever have come over is my gf who doesnt play console games. Like seriously? Plus i asked for the gold to be canceled so not only did my account
    get charged but i dont even have the gold to begin with and didnt use it when the purchase was made. Plus in there computers the charge was made the 17th of march when in my bank account the purchase was made 17th of april a full month later.

    what are you using 14 day trial ? If so that would be why those don't give you gold only temporary multiplayer access not games with gold

    Or dealsdeals and if you are home gold and. Not the master account that wouldn't be why home gold is an xbox one feature only you would.need your own gold
