    Do you need xbox Live Gold to play Multiplayer online. My gta IV keeps on telling me "You dont have Correct permission for Xbox Live" please help me fix this thing. Add me and Message or respond here

    I am new to Xbox One games with gold and just had a quick question...

    I am a gold member, if I let my gold account run out, I understand I can't play this game any longer (like PSN) however, will the game become playable again if I re subscribe, or do you lose it if you let your membership lapse? (I mean when the game is no longer on Games with gold)

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to your question about Xbox Live Gold, Yes, when you are a part of the Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will get discounts on certain games that are on discount for that month or week. If you buy a game
    on discount while you have gold and then cancel your gold you will still own that game.
