My husband {Gamertag:EricVonDrake} didnt receive his mystery reward for JAN OR FEB even though he completed all of the quest requirements for both months

PS-[Im having to post a fourm from my account on his behalf because everytime time he tries on his account from any browser and even clearing his cache and cookies it tells him it fails to submit every single time so if you could fix that for him
we would both really appreciate it. Thank You]

Random disconnections on Xbox LIVE

And, I tried to play Black Ops II but it said the Black Ops II servers aren't avalable right now. I went on callofduty.com/blackops2/status and that said the servers were "fully operational".

Also, I started LIVE on January 29, 2011. It's Feburary 2013 right now, why my tenure hasn't changed to 2? Thanks!

What they said that the winners would be announced on January 22nd, if not then Feburary the 14th where has March the 7th come from. Can you send me the official rules which state that please.
