Xbox gold prepaid code issue

I recently redeemed a xbox gold 12 month prepaid card on the microsoft web and i have not recived a conformation email nor is it in my order history and whenever i try to enter th code again it says the code has already been redeemed. Please help this was
a gift and it bothers me to see all that money go to waste

Will Xbox Live Gold Cards work with EA Access?

i assume you speaking about prepaid xbox currency (gold refers to the online subscription). And no you cannot, either use a credit card or go the gamestop and buy a ea access code from them

Hey there

It wouldnt show in your order history unless it was a gold membership purachsed from the microsoft store with a debit or credit card

Has this was a prepaid membership (5x5 code) that would be added too the account you redeem the code too you can check your memberships here account.microsoft.com/services If it doesnt show added then its possable iot was redeemed too a other microsoft account

Thanks for making your post, just to clarify is the issue occuring with a Pre-Paid Microsoft Currency/ Xbox Live Gold gift card? Or a pre-paid Visa debit card?

It is possible to use prepay codes on Xbox for things such games, store credit and Xbox live gold without the need to register a credit card.
