XBOX Gold Pass renovação [XBOX Gold Pass Renewal]

Meu cartão mudou e o Gold pass do XBOX não renovou.

Eu não quero renovar automaticamente.

Agora há uma promoção apresentada no XBOX que me interessou, mas eu não consigo efetivar a compra pois o cartão vinculado é o antigo e eu não consigo mudar a forma de pagamento sem confirmar a renovação antiga, mais cara e por um período que eu não quero.

Como posso cancelar a assinatura e fazer uma nova sem precisar pagar a renovação da antiga?

Eu não consigo falar com qualquer pessoa que me dê este suporte.

Neste caso tenho que pagar a assinatura no valor anterior e no período anterior. Não desejo este formato.

E não sabia que depois de escolher uma forma sou obrigado a permanecer nela ou que so posso renovar no formato originalmente contratado.
