Hi , everyone !

Wanted to know if it's possible to share an online subscription . That the person likely be able to have access to all of the dlc and the specials items ( like the all the suits an extra gears in elder scroll online ) when connectig to his profile .

Been looking for a long time .

trying to renew my xbox gold subscription

Heya,

Everytime i try and renew my Xbox Gold subscriptio n i keep getting errors both on xbox and pc, when i try on the pc it comes up with "you have discovered a glitch" any ideas?

Sorry to hear about that DrewP76! If you don't have access to your main Xbox, you can try to get the free games and discounts online. Try checking here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/gold#gameswithgold to see if you can claim them.

Stated on the Xbox page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio... you should also be able to claim them online just so you wouldn't miss the deals and games with gold.

Let me know if there are still problems when accessing it online. Though since online multiplayer feature is working when you are playing, there should be no issues on your subscription.

What kind of game pass did you buy? The standard game pass will not let you play multiplayer online like how an Xbox live gold subscription does. You will need Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to be able to play online Or an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

That may have caused it, the Xbox Live Gold subscription was converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which gives you 4 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Depending on the payment method you used, it may take a few hours for the subscription to appear in your account, but as you said, those hours have passed. I would recommend that you ask for a subscription refund and try to buy Xbox live gold again.
