Xbox Gold November - Dante's Inferno Not Installing

I got Dante's Inferno in the November Xbox Gold, but after downloading the game, it doesn't appear in the games library , even if go to the game's link in the store or the Xbox Gold the game and press to start the game, the screen is redirected to the
games library. I tried to re-download the game but nothing, also restarting the console and downloading again, its not working. I Appreciate some help!

did the game fully download, in other words, is it stored in your consoles memory

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with getting that game off of Xbox Live.

I was going to ask just to clarify, on what console are you trying to download/play this game on?

If it's on an Xbox One, then I would suggest checking your billing history on your
account.microsoft.com (I'd actually make sure your billing history is good if you're working with either console) and make sure that the free purchase of the game is on there or through
Settings>Account>Payment & billing>Order History.

If it is there, then I would suggest power cycling the console following the steps here on

How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console to see if that helps resolve the issue.

If you're trying to download it on the 360, then I would suggest deleting your account and redownloading it following the steps here on

How to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360.

If and when you get a chance, give those shots a try and let us know how that helped in resolving the issue.
