Xbox Gold not letting me playing online while having it

Hello. I encountered an odd problem that I have never had before which appears not fixable unless I buy a new subscription when my gold hasn't expired yet. Now I don't know if it's just EA (yet to see) videos games or Xbox not letting people play online
when their gold is near expiring, il explain. I was playing an online match of UFC2 when I dashed boarded & quit mid game to join my friends party. So I do so & then load up Rainbox Six Siege. Once I get to the main menu, it directs me to an Xbox live subscription
page where it's basically telling me I can't play online unless I have gold when I was just playing online 2 minutes ago. I quit the game, restart my xbox entirely & nothing. I try putting in Battlefield Hardline & going online where it tells me the same thing.
So then I tried entering a trail password and it tells me I already have Xbox live gold, give this trail to someone who doesn't. If I have Xbox live gold, why isnt it giving me multiplayer privileges. Someone help ??

Your profile does not have the necessary permissions to access the features of Xbox LIVE

I'm having the same thing. I have a gold membership but it's still but not letting me play online

Xbox troubles, I've brought 3 month Xbox live gold and redeemed it sadly it not working

I've brought 3 months Xbox live gold and redeemed it, sadly it's not letting me play online, or join party's. I've not been messaged for reported behaviour although. It says I've got the gold in my subscriptions

sign out of your profile , then back in...if its still acting up , try this below.....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???

I use the xbox live share thing. I have an account on my xbox with gold and it lets me play online.

Me 4! Need an answer on this please Microsoft, this is clearly not an isolated issue. I renewed subscription yesterday and all seemed ok initial but after turning off the console the staring it back up later I have found I cannot play online multi-player.
For example Pvz2 says 'You or a member of your group does not have the correct permissions to access online features'.
