    xBOX GOLD NOT ADDED TO ACCOUNT, HELP!


    So I redeemed a 14-day gold pass and went to go play multiplayer, the game said that I needed a gold account to play and so I went to account and looked to see if I was gold and it said that the 14 days had been applied but they had been used up and that
    I'm a silver account. Please Microsoft fix this, the code I used was [Mod removed], Please fix this and if at all possible may I have my 14 days of gold back PLEASE and THANK YOU!

    Thanks I appreciate the help. I just rememebered the password for my old account from 360, but I wasn't paying another $50 for 2 gold accounts.

    I just did this today with my offline partners profile which was on my own Gold account (360 ) xBOX GOLD NOT ADDED TO ACCOUNT, HELP! :)

    You need to use a 24hr, 2 day, 7day pass and create an xbox live account for each of them, then port them across

    Well it's working as intended

    What game are you trying to use it on?

    Destiny well if you read the box

    You actually need gold for that game and it doesn't work on trials

    Fyi trial codes don't change your status to gold you need actual gold for full benefits

    Trial codes only allow temporary non ranked access to multiplayer games

    and does not give you gold

    Try the games you bought it with

    it only works on a limited number of games and only in certain modes

    Trials do not come with destiny

    It is not an actually membership 1 month and 3 and 12 months are consider gold so some matchmaking will be limited

    please do not use name calling its is rude the trials do work only on some game and only on some features of some games.

    How? Why should someone using a free trial get the same privileges as someone who is paying for a full gold subscription?

    A years xbox gold sub can't be picked up very cheaply if you shop around online.

    Help with Child and Adult Xbox Account

    You may have Xbox Live Gold on your account but you need to set that Xbox as your "Home Xbox" in the Console settings so that other people can use the Gold access. Log in to the Xbox with your account and look in the settings for the ability to set it
    as your Home Xbox. Once set as your Home Xbox, anyone that uses that Xbox gets the Gold benefit. This may be preventing him from playing Fortnite.
