    xbox one account help

    I added one year gold membership and recently got locked out of my account and can't recover it. I created a new account and have Xbox live but no gold membership. Any suggestions?

    1 Gold Account for the whole family

    I don't have a 360 anymore, and don't have an Xbox One, but I would imagine that adding the account to console will automatically open up multiplayer to all users on the console.

    you can always check your subscriptions status at https://account.microsoft.com/services?ref=xboxme

    If you still do not see your Live Gold membership I’d suggest you to logout and login again.

    Like @Zatomas said check the subscription status at account.microsoft.com and ensure that it reflects that Gold is active. It's account based, so it shouldn't matter what happened
    to the console. You might want to check under Payments & Billing for the order or code redemption and verify that was completed properly with no issues.

    Hey there Darius!

    Sorry to hear that you're having problems getting back online with your new Gold membership. As soon as you redeem a code to your account or set up a membership with a card, the account should be all set up to play online. You said the cache got cleared,
    but that should not negatively affect your account.

    If your account is still on the Xbox and it's not able to get online, then I would suggest trying perhaps removing and redownloading your account back to the Xbox following the steps here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One    .

    If you have problems getting on that account, try following the guide here on
    Find your Microsoft account email address

    In and when you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

    Same problem here with Battlefield 4 and Battlefield:Hardline.

    I've got the following message "You must have a Xbox Live Gold membership to acces online features" "Subscribe to Xbox Live Gold now?"

    I can play "The Crew" online without any issue.

    Using prepaid cart: Xbox live Gold till November 2nd 2018

    The removing profile trick from my xbox won't work here either.

    Please Microsoft, fix our problems!
