    Xbox gold membership issue


    I have my Xbox live gold membership subscribed till sep2017 and my account info reflects the same. But before two week, suddenly I could access my multiplayer games, so when I checked my home, my xbox wanted me to recharge my Xbox live gold again. So I checked
    my account details again and membership is active till sep2017.

    I struggled two weeks to find help from Xbox support online but ended in vain. So I tried recharging Xbox live gold for a month and it worked. Strange! I live in India I don't know where to get toll free number for my region. Please help.

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    hi, I have bought 12 months subscription key from ebay.in. While activating subscription, an error message (something went wrong at our end, waiting bit might help). Therefore I could not activate my account.

    Can any one help me resolve the issue?

    Hey ChapelFab80930,

    Please check on that page: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ if there´s an outstanding balance showing on one of your subs, payment options.

    If so please take a look into this on how clear it: How to Pay a Past Due Balance on an Xbox Subscription
    . Once its cleared your able to redeem Codes again.

    If there´s none make sure your Payment options here: Sign in to your Microsoft account are still valid. If there´s
    none added try to add a Payment Option like CC / Paypal.

    Sorry you are having this issue. Are you aware that on the Xbox One all members of a family can enjoy the benefits of one Gold membership? That means that if you have a Gold membership you just go to Settings and add the children to the Family and they
    will have access to the Gold as well. No need to purchase extra memberships anymore.

    Thanks man, this should be it..i'll check as soon as i get home. Stupid me! I did not notice another code on the back. To be honest, the language was both english and chinese so i didn' t pay much attention to the cover to see if there should be any other

    Xbox Gold Membership Issues

    You are showing as a Gold membership holder. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue.
