    Xbox Gold membership issue


    I went online lastnight and by credit card purchased an xbox live gold one month membership, when I go to log into xbox live it tells me I need to buy the membership even tho they already took out the 9.99 out of my account. and it shows i do not have an
    active xbox live gold account and like i said it show them taking out the cash. who can i speak with about this issue.

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Sorry you are having this issue. Are you aware that on the Xbox One all members of a family can enjoy the benefits of one Gold membership? That means that if you have a Gold membership you just go to Settings and add the children to the Family and they
    will have access to the Gold as well. No need to purchase extra memberships anymore.

    Thanks man, this should be it..i'll check as soon as i get home. Stupid me! I did not notice another code on the back. To be honest, the language was both english and chinese so i didn' t pay much attention to the cover to see if there should be any other
    codes. I just asumed there's only one. Thanks again!

    Xbox Gold Membership Issues

    You are showing as a Gold membership holder. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue.
