Xbox gold membership disappeared from online and Xbox One

I just got my Xbox about 3 weeks ago and used a 3-month xbox live code which was working until this morning. Now my xbox one and the microsoft website show that I have no subscription to gold. I tried restarting my xbox and deleting my profile and adding
it again.

can someone just confirm/clear up for me - can i roll over my gamer tag from xbox 360 onto the xbone and can i carry over my unused gold membership from my xbox 360 onto the xbone?

i assume that if i roll over my gold account onto the xbone then i can no longer go online on the 360?

Are you sharing a Gold membership from someone else? Gold memberships do not transfer from the Xbox One to Xbox 360 online play. In order to play BC games on the Xbox One you would still need to have your own Gold membership.

If you do have your own Gold membership then perhaps your account has been corrupted. Follow the instructions at the video link below to delete and redownload your gamertag from the BC menu.

If you are playing on the PC you do not need to purchase a Gold membership. However, if you do get an Xbox One and wish to play online from there then you will need to have a Gold membership to play.

Sorry to hear it. Your gamertag is showing as Gold on the forums. Are you not able to access online multiplayer in any game?

If you had a membership before adding the new one then a glitch will pop up where you are being asked to purchase gold but that will disappear around the actual renewal date of the membership.
