Xbox gold membership cancelled

i recently got a lifetime suspension from the xbox enforcement team. I used shared gold and created another zbox live account on my xbox and was playing xbox online mupltiplayer with that account sense i could no longer access my suspended account. The enforcement
team now has canceled my subscription from my suspended account, and now i can no longer play online multiplayer with my second account. My subscription to xbox live gold didnt expire until november. I am looking to either get my old account reinstated, or
get the xbox gold subscription, which i payed for, transferred over to another account. Or i will need a full refund of my money since what i payed for is no longer accesible to me. Dont really want to trade my xbox in for a playstation, but this is getting
ridiculous.

How to turn off auto renewal

It is recommended that you cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership using the option of turning off automatic renewal. If auto renewal is "off", your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

Steps to follow:

1) If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the upper right hand corner and sign in using your Microsoft account.

2) Proceed to My Account.

3) Click Change next to automatic renewal. Change the setting to OFF

You will be able to continue enjoying all the benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership until your paid membership time expires.

Note:

If you want to cancel or disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership immediately, you should contact Xbox support. Use the Request a Call from Support option on the official Xbox Contact Us page. Your account cannot be canceled through chat or email.

If you disable your account immediately, you will lose the time remaining on your membership subscription.

If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and you want to cancel before the end of the 2 years, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and other applicable taxes. Once the two-year agreement period is over, your account will not be renewed automatically.

You can cancel the 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract using the option of self-cancel your subscription on Xbox.com

 

Changing Xbox Live Region.

Just asking, if I changing my Xbox Live region, will it cancelled my Xbox Live Gold membership?

i contacted support. They sent me here. Hoping an admin or someone will see this injustice and give me some sort of explanation.

 

No one on the forums handles suspensions or bans. If you haven't already, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review.

 

already went through the whole case review waste of time. Submitted the review with an apology filled note. To be honest it is a waste. They dont message you, they just say decision upheld.
