Xbox gold member NOT WORKING

Purchased on april and its still not working I gave it sometime but it still doesnt work. I got a prepaid card from gamestop put the numbers in the store and it said I have membership until 2017 april but it doesnt show that on the xbox one only on my computer
when i check my account. Help me im very frustrated

Free Killer Instinct or even Xbox One for "dedicated Xbox Gamers"

No email for me either, have about 30k gamerscore and xbox live member from original xbox days with no breaks in between and paid up gold member to 2015 having also preordered a day one xb1 and had to purchase 3 x 360 this generation and thats before purchasing online dlc etc..

Adding my partners Xbox 360 Username to the Xbox One

If you are gold just add her account to the Xbox one using the 360 details then go to settings and add her id into family it will then grant her ID the same Gold status you have at no extra cost, All Family members on the console get the same gold status as the main ID

Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members. To download free games you just need to be an Xbox Live Gold member at the time of redemption of any Games with Gold offering.

You're showing as a gold member on the forums. The gold member under your gamerscore and the G next to the gamerscore does not show as gold when you are gold. Since it says gold member, then that means you are a gold member.

The Rewards servers take longer to update than Xbox servers. So it can take several days to show an update in membership.

no you are a gold member and sometimes when you start a game and u try to join a party or the xbox well tell u you are not a gold member but is a glitch ^_^ and in xbox live rewards its telling u to go gold and take some points so you are a gold member and
the years of gold tenure will be added to ur profile
