Xbox Gold Live trial

Hey Guys

Im hoping somebody can assist me with this issue. I have a 30 day trial account, but its giving me problems as my son struggles to play Plants vs Zombies due to error " the profile does not allow to use xbox live functionality.

Ive removed both profiles, re added, set as home console, every suggestion out there. Ive now going to guess that the trial subscription is causing me this issue. However, my trial account is set to NOT auto renew, but i want to completely remove the trial
account and pay for the full Gold Live subscription. I cant seem to find an option to remove it it

Any advice on how i can remove this trial account? I had a look at subscriptions under my profile, but nothing.

New to XB1

First time poster and first time xbox user so go easy on me....

Just traded in my PS3 at best buy and got xbox loaded up and playing halo for the first time...it's so so will pick up BF4 later on today.

I have a 14 day free trial for xbox live gold which I am using, should I be able to take advantage of the free ea access trial this week and be able to download and play their games for a few days?

Once the free trial is over for xbox live gold I'm assuming I will need to purchase an xbox live subscription, is xbox live gold the only option? I can't find any information online about anything other than the gold subscription so am a little confused, why there would be a gold option but no bronze/silver/platinum/diamond etc?

 

No need to remove the trial.

You can just add a gold subscription & then the account will become gold.

Another thing to remember is that PvZ is an E.A. game & you need to be 13 years or older to play on E.A.'s servers.

 

Hi thanks for the response. Ive tried to pay for a Gold Subscription, but it keeps on saying that i cant . says i need to try a different payment option.

This payment option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. remove it from thise accounts and try again or add a different payment option.

*** i only have this payment option under 1 account, so not sure why its saying i have it under too many accounts. I tried to add another payment option, and it also wouldnt allow me to add one.

Any suggestions of how to check if i have other accounts with this payment option?
