    our gold live subscription has vanished from all accounts even though it still has 3 months duration left, we kust recently just purchased it last weekend. It did work fine now it just says for us to buy another subscription

    Tried to contact micro soft help but just going round in cirles if anuone has any ideas it would be gratefully recieved.

    Hello there!

    We understand that a subscription for Xbox Live has gone missing.

    These cases usually involve having the right account that bought the membership set up as the
    My Home Xbox for all accounts to share that membership. And can effect all accounts if this for whatever reason gets adjusted/changed.

    The best suggestion we have is to get in touch with our Xbox Customer Support Team so that any/all accounts can be investigated.

    Try the steps provided in the first link in case the account with the subscription is discovered.

      expires.
    • Prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions are only available in select games and bundles.
    • You can’t access Games with Gold for the Xbox 360 with this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
    • You can’t stack prepaid codes for Xbox Live Gold trial subscriptions from games or console bundles. This means that you can’t start another trial period before your current trial period has finished. However, you can purchase a new paid Xbox Live Gold subscription
      and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
    • If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
