    Xbox gold live not working. Bought a new months today


    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me.

    I bought a Xbox gold today as mine ran out.

    Now it's keeps taking me back to the payment page of Xbox gold when I want to play online?

    I've reset the Xbox a few times and it's still not working.

    The money has already left my bank so it's been paid for.

    Can anyone shed some light please?

    I have bought Xbox Live Gold Code for 12 months but the code is not working. I have tried putting it everywhere like on the Console or on the website but its not working. I am a new user and i am having bad experience. Please help me out

    Did you make sure you were logged into your account when you purchased the subscription?

    If you bought it on while logged into the proper account, it should work fine. If all is correct and the issue persists, you may want to contact
    Xbox Support to see if they can remedy the issue.

    Try going to My Games and Apps and view all. Go to your subscriptions and see if it is linked to your account. You can also do this from the settings menu.

    Settings>Account>Subscriptions to see all necessary info. If you can't figure anything out Microsoft is always willing to help in any way! Best of luck!

    Well i did it through the link they sent me on my email as I get an email when I need to make a payment. Normally goes out of my bank but there was no money in at the time.
    Try going to My Games and Apps and view all. Go to your subscriptions and see if it is linked to your account. You can also do this from the settings menu.

    Settings>Account>Subscriptions to see all necessary info. If you can't figure anything out Microsoft is always willing to help in any way! Best of luck!

    I haven't played in like 6 months (my last one broke down) and I think I have been paying for a gold membership all that time. Maybe it ran out today then because I just bought I new xbox 3 days ago and been playing live since and it worked just fine til
    now. I'll redeem my code for one months gold live membership and see if it works!
