It's not possible to redeem my Xbox Gold Live giftcard or to extend the membership of the Xbox Gold live. It gives you the error :

Download of Dawnguard in french stops at 98 pct

Hi,

I'm trying tu download Skyrim's extention "Dawnguard' in french language but it stops at 98 % and stops downoading.

I can find it in my hard drive with an incomplete satus.

I think there is a problem on the Xbox live platform.

Have you got an Xbox Live gold subscription too? You need this to access online play. Also, yes, they will need friends to play online properly, ow old are they? You may want to moderate who they play with to an extent if they are young.

There was a server outage yesterday which affected multiplayer and, I believe, Xbox Live to some extent so it was highly likely that it was the cause.

Before you are suspended from xbox live, your account under-goes an extreme amount of investigation. You obviously did something against the Xbox Live terms of agreement, or something to that extent.
