    I bought two 3 month prepaid cards from GameStop for my Xbox One. Everything was going fine but now whenever I try to play online it says that my account does not have gold. I can still download the new games if the month and have the deals with gold but
    it won’t let me play online. Anyone have a solution?

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition doesn't load

    Does anyone else have this issue with Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for Xbox One? Whenever I try to start the game I get the Sleeping Dogs logo but then it just goes back to the xbox one home page. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading but always the same, Ive always had this problem since I got the game when it was on games with gold. I contacted microsoft and they say that my license is correct and that as I have Xbox Live Gold I should have no problems playing it so they said the problem is with the developer. Anyone else had this issue with Sleeping Dogs, or any other game.

    Thanks for any input.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with using the currency on your account.

    We recommend to request a call from support so they can assist you. This is a known issue and is being investigated currently.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    As there is nothing more the forums can do, I will be locking this thread.

    The forum is unfortunately unable to assist you with billing support. You will have to contact Xbox Support (via phone or chat) to have a customer rep access your billing records and help.

    Also, customer support reps are known to give out a free month of Gold every now and then to some customers with especially difficult issues, but they are not necessarily
    obligated to give those codes out. YMMV with each rep.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox Live Gold membership and Minecraft. Microsoft has recently announced that they will be phasing out Xbox Live Gold and replacing it with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, and Xbox Game Pass for PC and gamepass core.. This change is aimed at providing a more comprehensive gaming experience for users.

    Keep..in mind gamepass core replaces gold .not gamepass.has includes .gold and gives you access to.25 games. and it Costs the same as gold

    Regarding your issue with Minecraft, it's possible that there may be a technical issue that's preventing you from accessing the game. I recommend contacting Xbox customer support for assistance with this issue.
