xbox gold is not working paid for it

If the code for gold was accepted and is not working sometimes a simple hard reset by holding the power button on your console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off and then turning it back on and trying again will help fix it. If not, please remove your
account and add it back. that also helps sync the gold.

Actions performed on the XBox.com website may not be immediately recognized by your console. You can try "Recovering Your Gamertag" on your console and see if it speeds things up.
