    No luck. I've been through support chat twice now, and both times they've said somebody will be in touch, and nobody has. I'm trying a 3rd time, after which I'm just going to request a refund.

    Well I finally got minecraft. After talking 3 times with support, was promissed I'll 100% get it by July 31st (didnt get it), was promissed an email reply in 72 hours from higher up support (didnt get one after two weeks and counting). Finally complained
    on xbox twitter support on what was taking so long and they set things in motion right away.

    Not going for any more offers like these thats for sure. The xbox team is not competent enough to deliver what they promise. Hey we're only in 2017. I'm sure they'll get the hang of it in 10 years or so?

    Yeah he's absolutely wrong. I've seen people who went for the Rocket League deal saying they accidentally received a Minecraft key. There was nothing on the dashboard about getting Rocket League, for us UK people, so support is amazingly incorrect. I'm going
    to contact support regardless.
