Xbox Gold Game Not Downloading

Hello,

Today I tried to download Dead Space, but despite my Xbox Live Gold membership, it kept asking me to pay $14.99 for it. I was able to download and install Lords of the Fallen and The Wolf Among Us with no problems, but it won't do the same for Dead Space.
I kept Mike on the phone troubleshooting for a very long time before he sent me here (he was awesome by the way). The case number was
[Mod Removed].

Gold games not downloading

Hello, I have been having trouble with the games for gold these past two months.

I do have a gold subscription and I have downloaded games for gold before, but for some reason every time I press the crossed out price that have free with gold next to it, I get brought back to the deals with gold screen. I was just wondering if this has
happened to anyone else, and If someone has a solution to help me. I would VERY much appreciate any help. ☺

Just downloaded the gold edition of the game but cannot connect my iphone as the controller both the phone and the Xbox are on the same wifi

It's because you aren't gold

If you are on a home gold you cant make the purchase

Only the account with the actual gold can buy it

Home gold doesn't apply to web or 360 purchases

 

And you shouldn't post a Sr number it's a security hole and personnal info I can call support and possibly get your name and number that way

 

You would pm a support person that if they ask but your issue is pretty clear

You aren't gold and you would need your own

Xbox one games with gold are done on the console

Most of the time anyways but if you are using the one console it wouldn't apply since it's just ljke using the webstore

 

I was told to add the support case number, also I purchased the 12 month gold subscription & put it on my console/account so how do you figure I'm not gold?

 

It started working! Can this tread be deleted or my original post modified to not include the case number if it's true my personal information can be found out from it?
