Xbox Gold Free Trial

I was looking through the shop on my Xbox when I came across something that said there was a 1 month free trial. I'm trying to get it, but it wants me to put in a payment method. I have to do that or it won't let me through, and i just want to do the one
month trial. Is there any way I can get around having to put in a payment plan?

Gold Membership Codes

For anyone who has a Gold membership with Xbox Live, have you seen these coupon offers? Supposedly, you can either get Xbox free or get a free trial offer for as long as one year. There might be a catch, but maybe they're just doing it to promote the Gold membership. Has anyone ever gotten a free trial?

How to get a free xbox live gold trial?

There is a free Gold trial on the system. As for Game Pass and EA Access.

But if your Xbox Account already used a Gold Trial, then it might not let you.

No. There's no way to get the trial without adding a payment method.

You can put your payment info in and then cancel it. It will want to automatically take from that every month, so go under your subscriptions and cancel the subscription if you don't want to keep it.

What if I'm on a 14-day prepaid code trial and I upgrade to Xbox Live Gold during the trial period to take advantage of a free game offer? Will I get the game?

If you upgrade to Xbox Live Gold during your non-renewing trial period, your Xbox Live Gold membership won't start until the end of your free trial. You won't be eligible to download a currently offered free game until your trial period ends and your paid

As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).
