Xbox Gold Free Peggle 360 on Xbox One.

The Game downloads and installs fine. It also plays fine.

It seems to have set the center "X" from shutting down the console to running Peggle always. Holding this button just runs the program.

The settings option to restart or shut down also don't work. The only way to shut off the console it manually press the on/off on the console itself.

The game will not uninstall. I had installed it on an external USB, then after it malfunctioned, I moved it to internal. It move without problems (that I could see) but it still screws things up. Trying to uninstall causes the machine to hang and the only
way to do anything more is to tap "X" and the home screen appears. Same for trying to shut the console down.

How do I set things back to normal and uninstall Peggle?

Hi,

I want to install the free gold game Peggle.

I can click on the "buy/install" button, but the only thing it does is refresh the game page of Peggle.

Then I tried to install it with the mobile app SmartGlass, but here it says "play on Xbox One" instead of "buy" or "install".

I've looked at the games that are installed on my Xbox One, but Peggle is not one of them.

Why can't I install this game, and does someone know of this issue and how to resolve it?

Odd that you're running into trouble with uninstalling your games. Since this began have you tried a complete power cycle to see if there is any change? Hold down the Xbox One button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One shuts down and then power it back
on.

If you've already tried power cycling, see if removing your profile from your Xbox One and adding it back changes anything. Please keep us in the loop with how it goes
