Xbox Gold Free Games Page problem

Hi Brad,

I've been suffering major issues lately with my Xbox, sometimes it just halts and I have to do a factory reset, have done 4 this month already. Seems to be working now but I think it has something to do with the last update as everything was fine until then.

I took Diegos advice and it worked so all is good now but thank you for helping

Are you trying to download the free games with gold through the Xbox or online? Is this on an Xbox One console or Xbox 360?

From the
games with gold website you can click on the game you want to download and it'll take you to the store online where you can acquire the free games and then start the download on your Xbox from the ready to install section of your games and apps if you have
an Xbox One.

Have you been able to download free games with gold in the past? What is the error on the empty page it takes you too? Is your Xbox Live gold subscription still active?

We'll be looking forward to hearing from you so we know what to try next.

Sorry for the issue with trying to get the free games with gold. Have you tried

removing and re-adding your profile? If that doesn't help you can try a
soft factory reset. Select keep games and apps, make sure you know email and password to accounts on the console as these will be removed. You will not lose any save data as the data is saved to the cloud.

Hi there Diego,

Trying to download through my Xbox One X (Sorry, didn't give much detail in the original post).

When I go to the "Discover your next game" tile on the main home screen, it goes to to where the "Deals" page is, it starts to progress and then suddenly stops and then brings up a blank page (no error messages or anything, just a blank page)). So I can't
get my free games.

My subscriptions comes out monthly and have been able to download the past free games, it's just happening today. I've even cleared the alternative mac address for the network, I've cleared the local saved games option in the System Storage but nothing is
working. I even unplugged the xbox and waited a few minutes then plugged it back in., still no luck.

I was lucky enough though to download the games through the webpage that you provided so will bookmark that and do it through there if I continue to have problems through the console.

I really appreciate your help and hope that it gets fixed on console soon,
