Xbox Gold doesn´t work

Hey everybody

i´m not sure, if i´m right here, if not sorry for that!

Anyways. I got a huge problem with my Xbox Gold membership. I use the automatic subscription (6,99 per month). Since a few days, if i wanna play online, i get the error from my games, that i´m not a gold member.

I´v checked my microsoft account and there it says, that i´m still a gold member. I also receive a bill from mid-february per mail, that everything is fine and my gold membership was extendet till mid-march.

So what the **** is going on here? I didn´t found any similar problems. It´s kind of weird. Microsoft is telling me everything is fine, but Xbox is saying "nope".

Did anybody had similar problems and knows a way?

MS, Why you dont fix my Account Issues ?

I have the same problem today.

My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...

 

Microsoft, PLEASE just give us (Gold Members) codes for DiRT 3

I have done everything I can to download it but it just doesn"t work. My gold membership is on my nephew account (he is not 18). And it would not let me download. It ask to buy it on xbox one , but that also doesn"t work. I don"t have a xbox360 .What options
are their left?
