The subscription is valid until 19/02/2019 but the son can not play any game in online mode. I can download games as part of a subscription, but I can not play and I can not use the full

Mogę sciągać gry w ramach subskrycji ale nie mogę zagrać i nie mogę korzystać z pełnej funkcjonalności XBOX
GOLD na koncie. co mam zrobić aby przywrócić pełną funkcjonalność. Pozdrawiam Piotr

Hello, I purchased 1 year Xbox Live Gold membership 2018-02-19 and now I can't chat with my friends and it says that I need to upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. But when I look on my account on xbox it says i've got a 1 year that expires
2019-02-19. I still can't use any features of Gold but it says I have gold in my profile.
