    Xbox Gold Disappeared


    Yesterday I got xbox gold on my xbox one it worked for the day but today when I try to join my friends party or play online it says I don't have gold

    I got it on my other account which is the one that is on my xbox the account name is MediumThrower77

    My Xbox Live Tenure has been set to "0"

    I am having the same issue. 10+ years of Xbox Live Gold subscription without a lapse. My '10' tenure icon has disappeared from my profile.

    My 10 years tenure still shows on my 360 but it is missing off the xbox one.
