Xbox Gold Connection Problem

A few days ago my Xbox One stopped connecting to Xbox Gold. In fact, it seems that it cannot access the internet. Instead of the usual Xbox Live Gold ads on the home screen, a message saying "Connect to Xbox Live" shows, but when I click on it, it does nothing.
I go to network settings and test the network connection. It says everything is fine, but when I test multiplayer connection it shows that there are errors when testing. It also says "The following services are experiencing issues:" but it doesn't list anything
below that. NAT is unavailable. I can't report any problems, play online games, message players, shop, basically anything requiring a connection.

I've tried:

- Hard reset

- disconnecting and connecting wireless

- restarting Xbox

- signing out and back in profile

- deleting profile (didn't work, and now I can't download it back)

- Unplugging my router and plugging it back in (didn't really wait though)

- Made sure IP and DNS settings were set to automatic

- Checked if there were any alternative MAC addresses (none found)

If there is any information I need to provide to fix this problem, please let me know. Please help me fix this problem ASAP as there is an Overwatch event happening that I really want to participate in, and until this problem is fixed, I'm stuck playing
Fallout 3 and Lego Star Wars TCS.

cant get the xbox to connect to live

Hey that is either a network problem, no Xbox Gold Membership, or just a Service Connection problem. Just check it out with Xbox Support

Just downloaded the gold edition of the game but cannot connect my iphone as the controller both the phone and the Xbox are on the same wifi

Anyone else ??

 

Update: I've just realized that because I deleted my account, I can't continue with my progress on games, so I actually can't play anything right now.

Yes, the error code that comes up is (0x80a40019)

 

Thanks for that info. I took a look at your
Xbox Live profile page and noticed that you were recently playing some Halo 5: Guardians. Are you still having console issues or were you able to figure things out?
