Xbox gold code problems

I have purchased a code for Xbox gold 3 months from G2A, and when I tried to use it in my account I got a message telling me that the code has already been used. After informing the seller he told me I needed to inqure Xbox support about the time in which
the code was used, even if it was before the time of me purchasing it from the seller I need to be compensated by returning my money back to my account at once.

Please help me out as I've called support in Saudi but there was no response, and I've tried many times through the website.

I was signed in on my friend XBOX. He just bring home new code card for GOLD and without checking - redeem code in XBOX. Unfortunately it was not his account. Problem is that I personally don't own XBOX so this GOLD in is just wasted.

Problém is The problem is the 6 and 3 month gold codes, I got them from the store where I buy long. The codes are fine xbox approve but gold has not submitted it, and the codes can no longer be used
because I used them

Hello I'm having a problem with my Xbox live gold. When I entered the code it said that it was for Xbox 360 and that it worked with backwards compatibility but it never gave the gold to me. This was the only place that made sense to put my problem at.

Be careful what sites you used. G2A offer cheap prices but thats not always a good thing. Xbox would not give you a refund>>G2A have to do that.

You need to speak to someone from Xbox Support because no one on these forums can look up the information your requesting. They might be closed now so you might have to wait until tomorrow.

G2A is not the best place to buy codes, they often sell used codes, then you contact again and they give you another code.

They should have a refund system or report for the seller.
