Schönen guten Tag, ich kaufte mir am3. 06.2019 Xbox live Gold für 3monate, als ich den Code eingab um es zu aktivieren wurde mir eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, das ich es später noch einmal versuchen sollte. Gesagt getan, leider ohne erfolg. Es erschien
dann die meldung das der Code für die nutzung nicht freigeschaltet wurde , woraufhin ich zum Händler fuhr um es zu reklamieren. Der Händler verwies mich an den Microsoft Support um mein anliegen dort zu klären Mich interessiert nun wie die Gold Mitgliedschaft
für 3 Monate nun aktiviert wird oder ich diese erstattet bekomme ?

Nice good day, I bought am3. 6/2019 Xbox live gold for 3 months when I entered the code to activate it, I was shown an error message to try again later. Said done, unfortunately without success. It then appeared that the code for use was not unlocked, whereupon
I drove to the dealer to claim it. The trader referred me to the Microsoft Support to clarify my concern there Mich now interested in how the Gold Membership will now be activated for 3 months or I will receive it reimbursed?

Hi Curtis,

As stated before, you will need to request a call from support to further assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account, check the status of that code and assist you in trying to redeem it.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Der Code wurde im realen Geschäft gekauft. Dort wurde mir gesagt das sobald etwas von Microsoft an der Kasse gescannt wird wird der artikel von Microsoft aktiviert dashalb solle ich mich dann auch an Microsoft wenden
