Xbox gold bug

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Dont worry about appearing in Xbox Game Pass tab, looks like a bug in the operative system and isn't happening just with Gears of War 4, at least I experienced that bug with other games. If you went to "Buy" when was in his gold time you always will be
available to play while you have a Xbox Live Gold subscription active.

Ok, there is definitely a bug with Xbox Gold. I was just able to get all the Xbox One free games (Thief, Killer Instinct Ultra and Zheros) and I get a message saying that I can get these for free because I am an Xbox Gold member. When I go to try and get
the Deux Ex it shows me the full price of 14€, even after I click the "free with Xbox gold" link.

This is clearly a bug and I only have hours left in my subscription, so I really need a fast resolution.

It's not a bug.

Trials do not give you full gold status & only give you limited access to some xbox live gold features.

Some games will not let you play online with a trial membership,you would need a full gold subscription.
