Xbox gold 14 day trail card does not work!

Never mind the code is working now

I've got gold 14 day trail that came with the console ,

Did you buy a sub or maybe did you like apply like a free trail or maybe like a 72 hour or 14 day pass maybe. If not Prideloss is correct you have no gold on this account. If you are using a trail or pass you won't be able to avail of the deals for gold.

Sometimes the system memory will still think that you do not have gold try power cycling the console by holding down the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds then unplug your console from the power for approximately 1 minute then plug back
in and that normally clears the memory and allows you to use your gold.

Sometimes it can take 24 to 48 hrs for a new Xbox Live Gold trial or subscription to update across all games. Trials are also not able to be stacked, so it's likely the previous trial was still ongoing. Which game are you trying to play and are you seeing
the issue across any game you play?
