    hello, on December 7th, I used my rewards points to order a one year subscription to Xbox gold live. As of today, December 25th, it is still being shown as status shipped. I have not received an email or any physical mail with my one year access code. When
    will I receive this code? It has been 18 days. Mail from China would have arrived by now, let alone in the US if it was physically mailed. I have received other emails in the past several weeks from Microsoft so my email address is correct, so it has not been
    emailed to me either. I have the order number, but will not list it in an area where everyone in the world can see it.

    Not getting my rewards!

    I recently bought 1 year of xbox live gold and have not gotten my rewards for it. I also have not been getting my rewards for movies I rented or achievments I have completed. Can someone please help?

    No Rewards for Gold auto-renewal in October 2016 AND October 2017

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Also the previous rewards was 3,000 credits for a year of gold.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Support can check for May and June of that year, but you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for them to do so.
