They should still have sent the coins, but unfortunately the ambassadors are unable to assist with refunds or issuing coins for Apex Legends as that is not without our ability.

Xbox Live Gold, you will find information on how you will receive the Apex coins, it reads:

"Bonus Apex Legends coins only available for a limited time from 4/11/2019 9:00 PM PDT through 5/12/2019 11:59 PDT. To redeem, a digital code for 1000 Apex Legends coins will be sent to your Xbox Message Center on your Xbox One console by 6/30/2019."

Sometimes the offer is expired so it wont let you buy, also if you don't have gold already, it might not let you get it. I don't know if that helps or not but I hope it does.

It's because I have to have the original money for 1 month of gold which is 10$. so after the 1$ month of gold runs out it automatically buys another month, which is really stupid , so pretty much you need 11$ to buy the 1 month gold for 1$ and then it let's
you by pass because you also have the original money for the 1 month which is 10$,

PLS fix this and if i am wrong PLS tell me how to actually get this
