    Hello,

    Right now my xbox starts up and then after a few second when I am on the homescreen, the screen turns black. Is there some sort of fix I could use to restore my xbox one back it's previous state? Like factory settings or something like that?

    I need help

    i have a new xbox 360 250gb

    recently whenever i start playing a game, after a while red lines appear on the screen and then it goes blank

    the game keeps coming in flashes and then it stays black for a while then flashes again

    Try using different video cables. Or adjust the video setting (720p, 1080i, 1080p) to the recommended TV setting. Let me know how it works.

    Also it's not the whole screen that goes black, it's only the TV app screen that goes black

    yupp this is also happening to me. It goes green for a few minutes then it goes completely black but the xbox and kinect are still on.
