XBOX goes against there policy

Xbox support team and Enforcement team are doing nothing to help me solved the issues that have been happening with my account. My account for the past two months has been targeted for HARASSMENT and these xbox live players find
it funny to keep filing reports against my account when i have them BLOCKED and have not been able to send a message off my account because of the suspensions and when i got my account back i left it inactive for a few days to test it out i bought gold after
a couple days and went back to having fun with FRIENDS ONLY and these BLOCKED players join the party because we have MUTUAL friends but we can not speak to one another because of the BLOCK> my account was fine for a good couple of days I have NOT sent a single
message off my account since i received it and planned to NEVER again sent a message off my account because of the harassment and the suspensions repeating happening. then these BLOCKED players join the party next ting i know my account is being suspended
again for another TWO weeks, XBOX policy states that they have to have PROOF OF EVIDENCE before a suspension or ban can be placed against an account. how can they have evidence if i left my account inactive for a few days and have NOT Sent a single message
regarding the form they stated i am being suspended for. this is becoming a huge issue and i would like some answers regarding why my account keeps being suspended and i would like the harassment from other xbox live players to stop and them to be punished
for the actions of harassment. its unfair to me to have to suffer while i have NOT done anything wrong.

It's possible there are enough complaints that you gamertag goes against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct policy.

GTA 5 On line Policy

When friends invite me to there server it is saying I cant join because it says i havent accepted the policy (terms and conditions when i have, is there a way of accepting the policy or do i have to start again again

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced upon
at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

but flight sim was slated as coming to PC and xbox consoles before its original release, they just did not specify the release date for consoles at that time, so it goes against their policy of games not being exclusive to series consoles.

Without getting into a long drawn out debate, you agreed to the terms of use when you signed up for Xbox live which includes the following

You must not

Use any unauthorized third-party software, service, or device to access the Service;

So by using an unauthorised hard drive you instantly break the terms of use.

I do admit it would be nice to be able to fit your own hard drive, my 250Gb hard drive is virtually full, however as it is Microsoft do not allow this and that's something you and I have to live with.
