XBOX Go to Titanfall....

Well, I said I would never use such my Kinect, or put my Sky+HD box through my Xboxone but....

Earlier today I thought I would connect it all up to see how it works. An well it works, and works well, I now fear I may never disconnect it due to the convenience factor. It's just so much easier when watch tv and ya fancy a game of whatever you have on
your HDD, or whatever is in your disc tray to just say XBOX Go to .........

Stuff switching HDMI inputs and waiting for the console to start, then sign in. Then when you're finished..XBOX Go to TV, and you're watching TV again. I have Titanfall ready to go right now and a simple XBOX Go to Titanfall and I'm up and running. So some
advice, if like me you're dead set against this feature DO NOT TRY IT OUT, it's just to damn convenient.

Weather app for the Xbox one.

You could Pin an IE page on BBC weather set to your location, then while waiting for a match to load in Titanfall:

Xbox Go Home/Xbox Show My Stuff

Pins

Weather/BBC Weather/Whatever It Is Called

Look at it then just say Xbox Go To Titanfall.

Why would you not use it. its so much faster then clunking around the UI trying to find what you want just tell the xbox what you want and like a loyal servant it delivers it to you lickity split

Ive been loving all the features since day one

Now they need to get the one guide to work with uk sky hd so i can just shout at it to change the channel

Yeah and to be fair to you Ohh im good, it is a feature you look at and instantly get a marmite feeling about. Glad you liked it after hooking it up. It is pretty useful in games that support it too. DR3 was good with it.

 

I like leaning around corners in Thief, don't know why I just do.

 

I plugged my SKY box to my Xbox One, but I don't really like leaving my console on when I don't have to, so unplugged it all.

But I can see how it's a good and handy thing to be able to do.
