Xbox Gmail

On the menu for the Xbox on the top left it shows your gamertag and your Gmail. Does the Gmail change to the new one?

This process is pretty easy and straightforward. All you have to do is add the new email address as an alias to your account. Once it is added, you can make it the primary alias and remove your old email.

Just be aware that you will need to be able to login to the account at the Accounts page to make these changes.

Just so I understand.

You bought GTA V premium with your Gmail MS account.

Your Xbox profile is under a Hotmail email address.

So the only way for this to work is this.

You would need to sign into your Xbox with your Gmail account and go into settings and set that Xbox as the home console for your Gmail account.

This will allow any profile on that Xbox to play any game that you purchase on your Gmail account.

Ok, no worries. It could be that they are missing something on their accounts, which is why it is asking you to sign into the account. If they have signed up to Xbox using a Gmail account, then they would sign in using the Gmail address.

that didnt help either i look in my gmail for any emails from xbox and im getting it from the account im trying to get bacfk and the new account that i made with my gmail account
