    XBOX GLITCHING, NEED HELP PLEASE


    I’m having a problem with my XBOX, having massive visual glitches on the more demanding games with high refresh rates. I’ve tried everything, changing settings, HDMI cable, fixing external drive cables, I’ve even had the Xbox serviced and they couldn’t replicate the issue I’m having. Could it be due to power cause that’s the only thing I haven’t tried yet? Open to suggestions, please help me I need to play cyberpunk.

    To clarify your concern, kindly answer the following questions:

    1. Which edition of Forza Horizon 3 are you using?

    2. Are you using an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer?

    3. Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?

    4. Have you tried playing other games and check if the same thing occurs?

    sorry for it taking so long. I did the factory reset and it did not help. Im also having issues getting my NAT to open. nothing I have done has gotten it open. I did the port forwarding for all the ports needed for the xbox one.

    I really need help with both these issues

    You may please do a system cache reset and check if your problem persists.

    To do this, please hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

    Go to settings / system and choose restore factory defaults or use this guide:

    support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    If you have an external drive attached you should transfer all games prior to the reset on the external drive so you do not need to reinstall them. Your profile and your savegames are stored in the cloud.

    If even the factory does not fix your problem you should consider having your console serviced.
