    Xbox glitch on specific games (Series S)


    Certain games on my Series S console crash and force me to restart my console.

    Games like NBA 2k20, Halo MCC, and other titles suffer from opening the menu (Xbox button) and returning to the game after closing the menu suffer this issue for me. It also causes a weird pulsation with my screen, however I cannot decide if the pulsating is an issue with my stuff or my series S.

    A simple hard reset of my Xbox or quick reset (via holding Xbox button on controller) fixes it, but I’ve been seeing this issue more and more recently.

    Anyone else notice this, or do I have a bugged console?

    Series S/X optimized games can only run from the internal SSD or an expansion card made specifically for the Series S/X.

    series x has disc drive and the series s does not

    smart delivery is so it downloads the content for the specific console

    hence why the game case has series x and xbox one advertised on it. the disc can be used in series x and xbox one consoles, the series s does not have a drive therefore requires digital purchase.
